1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 cup tomato, chopped
1/3 cup finely chopped red onion
¼ cup corn
1 avocado, diced
2 tbsp. finely chopped cilantro
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp. olive oil
Juice of half a lime
Salt to taste
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Mix well and enjoy!
