Fruit Crisp

1 cup oats
1/4 cup organic sugar cane
1/4 cup spelt flour
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp maple syrup
1/4 cup orange juice
4 cups fruit ( I like to use apples, or strawberries. Frozen fruit can also be used.)

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees

Mix all dry ingredients together.

Add butter and maple syrup to dry ingredients.

Place fruit at the bottom of an oven safe, greased pan. Add orange juice to fruit. Place crumble on top.

Bake for about 30 minutes, or until crust is golden brown.
