Cold Chickpea Curry

1 can chickpeas, drained
¼ cup red onion, diced
½ cup celery, diced
½ cup carrots, diced
1 tbsp. curry paste
¼ cup mango chutney
2 tbsp mayonnaise
¼ cup sliced almonds, toasted
¼ cup raisins

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Mix well.

Serve on its own or in a pita shell.
